Promover y supervisar acuerdos de desescalada militar y diplomática en la región.
Facilitar mesas de negociación multilaterales que prioricen la estabilidad global y el pleno respeto al derecho internacional.
La designación entra en vigor con carácter inmediato, autorizando al Príncipe a representar a las instituciones de paz
