Las obligaciones supremas de la Jefatura de nuestra Augusta Dinastía no solo comprenden la custodia de las leyes fundamentales y el patrimonio histórico del nombre que ostentamos, sino también el reconocimiento de la virtud, la lealtad y los vínculos de afecto espiritual que trascienden las fronteras geográficas, uniendo a nuestra estirpe con personalidades insignes del mundo entero.

CONSIDERANDO los méritos eminentes, la alta honorabilidad y la valiosa contribución institucional que concurren en la persona de nuestro estimado colaborador, el Embajador Dr. Nnordee Bariagara King David, natural de la República Federal de Nigeria;

CONSIDERANDO Nuestro deseo paternal y soberano de incorporar a nuestro círculo íntimo y familiar a quien ha demostrado una inquebrantable devoción, afecto y lealtad hacia los principios y valores que defendemos en el ejercicio de nuestra alta magistratura;

EN VIRTUD de las potestades soberanas inherentes a la Jefatura de la Dinastía, el Ius Majestatis, el Ius Sanguinis y el Fons Honorum que por derecho propio nos competen, HE VENIDO EN DECRETAR Y DECRETO:

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. Adopción Honorífica y Filiación Afectiva Adoptamos formalmente, y declaramos como hijo afectivo y miembro de nuestra familia bajo nuestro patronato soberano y familiar, a nuestro querido ahijado D. Nnordee Bariagara King David, quien desde el presente momento queda incorporado al círculo íntimo de protección de nuestra augusta Casa.

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. Concesión de Dignidad Nobiliaria En atención a su distinguida persona y como prueba de nuestra más alta gracia soberana, le elevamos a la dignidad de la nobleza histórica de nuestra tradición, otorgándole el título nobiliario de Marqués de Maintenon, para que pueda ostentarlo, usarlo y disfrutarlo con todos los honores, tratamientos, prerrogativas y uso de armas timbradas correspondientes a tan preeminente dignidad.

ARTÍCULO TERCERO. Delimitación Jurídica y Exención Sucesoria Se especifica y declara de manera expresa que esta adopción honorífica, filiación de honor y concesión de título poseen un carácter estrictamente familiar, afectivo y de dignidad nobiliaria de favor. Quedan formalmente excluidas y exentas de cualquier derecho sobre la Corona, la línea sálica de sucesión dinástica o los bienes vinculados al patrimonio troncal de la Casa de Francia y de nuestras ramas, limitándose su validez al ámbito del honor doméstico, la representación institucional, el protocolo y la preeminencia conferida por nuestra autoridad magistral.

ARTÍCULO CUARTO. Mandato y Publicación Mandamos a todos los miembros de nuestra familia, corporaciones nobiliarias aliadas, consejos y autoridades vinculadas a nuestra Casa que reconozcan a D. Nnordee Bariagara King David como Marqués de Maintenon, guardando y haciendo guardar en todo momento las consideraciones, preeminencias y honores debidos a su alta condición de miembro adoptivo y protegido de nuestra estirpe.

LETTERS PATENT OF HONORARY ADOPTION, SOVEREIGN PROTECTION, AND GRANT OF NOBLE TITLE

LUIS XX, Head of the House of Bourbon-La Marche, of the Dynasty of Bourbon-Conti, and in representation of the historical prerogatives of the Royal House of France.

To all present and future, greetings.

The supreme obligations of the Headship of our August Dynasty encompass not only the custody of the fundamental laws and the historical heritage of the name we bear, but also the recognition of virtue, loyalty, and the bonds of spiritual affection that transcend geographical boundaries, uniting our lineage with distinguished personalities from around the world.

WHEREAS the eminent merits, high honorability, and valuable institutional contribution that concur in the person of our esteemed collaborator, Ambassador Dr. Nnordee Bariagara King David, native of the Federal Republic of Nigeria;

WHEREAS Our paternal and sovereign desire to incorporate into our intimate and familial circle one who has demonstrated unshakeable devotion, affection, and loyalty towards the principles and values we defend in the exercise of our high magistracy;

BY VIRTUE of the sovereign powers inherent to the Headship of the Dynasty, the Ius Majestatis, the Ius Sanguinis, and the Fons Honorum that by right belong to us, WE HAVE DECREED AND DO DECREE:

ARTICLE ONE. Honorary Adoption and Affective Affiliation We formally adopt, and declare as an affective son and member of our family under our sovereign and familial patronage, our beloved godson D. Nnordee Bariagara King David, who from the present moment is incorporated into the intimate circle of protection of our august House.

ARTICLE TWO. Grant of Noble Dignity In consideration of his distinguished person and as proof of our highest sovereign grace, we elevate him to the dignity of the historical nobility of our tradition, granting him the noble title of Marquess of Maintenon, so that he may hold, use, and enjoy it with all the honors, treatments, prerogatives, and use of armorial bearings corresponding to such preeminent dignity.

ARTICLE THREE. Legal Delimitation and Succession Exemption It is expressly specified and declared that this honorary adoption, affiliation of honor, and grant of title possess a strictly familial, affective character and a noble dignity of favor. They are formally excluded and exempt from any right to the Crown, the Salic line of dynastic succession, or the assets linked to the trunk patrimony of cemeteries or the patrimony of the House of France and our branches, limiting their validity to the realm of domestic honor, institutional representation, protocol, and the preeminence conferred by our magistral authority.

ARTICLE FOUR. Mandate and Publication We command all members of our family, allied noble corporations, councils, and authorities linked to our House to recognize D. Nnordee Bariagara King David as Marquess of Maintenon, observing and causing to be observed at all times the considerations, preeminences, and honors due to his high condition as an adopted and protected member of our lineage.
